Frequently Asked Questions for Users

Common questions about earning and spending RSNC as a user.

Getting Started

Is Resonance free to use?

Yes. Signing in, earning RSNC, and claiming perks are all free. There are no transaction fees — Resonance covers all costs.

Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. When you sign up, Resonance automatically creates a secure wallet for you behind the scenes. You never need to manage wallets, private keys, gas fees, or any blockchain details.

What is RSNC?

RSNC credits are loyalty points funded by brands. They're not cryptocurrency or tradable tokens — they represent funded loyalty units that you earn by engaging with brands and spend on perks.

How do I get started?

Visit perks.rsnc.network and sign in with your email, Google, Discord, Twitter, or GitHub account. That's it — your account is created automatically.

Earning

How do I earn RSNC?

Two ways today, with more coming:

  1. Discord — Daily check-ins, quality messages, reactions, voice time, drops
  2. Websites — Signups, purchases, form submissions on brand sites
  3. Social media (coming soon) — Engaging with brand campaigns on Twitter, Instagram, Telegram

See: How to Earn

How much can I earn?

It depends on the brands you engage with. Typical ranges:

  • Daily check-in: 2–10 RSNC
  • Quality message: 5–15 RSNC
  • Announcement reaction: 5 RSNC
  • Website signup: 50–100 RSNC
  • Purchase: 200–500 RSNC

Streak multipliers can increase these by up to 2x. Tune In bonuses add even more on top — up to +378% at max level.

Why didn't my message earn a reward?

Not every message earns RSNC. The bot scores each one for effort, originality, naturalness, and context fit, then compares it to the server's strictness bar. Short replies ("nice", "lol"), copy-paste, AI-sounding text, and rapid-fire posting won't qualify. Focus on genuine contribution. Run /analyze to see your recent quality breakdown.

Full details: Message Quality

What does "strictness" mean?

Each server's admins choose how strict the quality bar is — casual, balanced, or strict. The same message that earns in a gaming server might not earn in a professional one, and that's by design. If you're earning less in a particular server, the strictness is likely set higher there.

Does my reputation affect how much I earn?

Yes. The bot remembers your recent patterns. Consistent, thoughtful posting keeps you earning at the top of a server's range. Repeatedly tripping quality checks temporarily reduces your earnings — but it's not a permanent penalty. Your reputation self-heals as you return to genuine engagement.

Why didn't my reward go up when I leveled up Tune In?

A few things could be happening:

  1. Cache delay. Your Tune In level refreshes within about 5 minutes. If you just leveled up, wait a few minutes before triggering the next reward.
  2. Rounding. Rewards are whole RSNC, so small percentage bumps can round to the same integer. For a 15 RSNC base event, +45% pays floor(15 × 1.45) = 21, +48% pays floor(15 × 1.48) = 22, +54% pays floor(15 × 1.54) = 23. The jumps are real but one level at a time can look flat.
  3. /reward (manual admin grants) don't apply your Tune In Gen Boost. A manual grant pays exactly the RSNC the admin requested. Tune In applies to normal earning — quality messages, check-ins, reactions, and other configured events.
  4. Earning cap vs Tune In. Your per-message reward is capped first, then Tune In multiplies the capped amount. This means Tune In keeps adding value even when you're already at a server's cap.

What are streaks?

Daily consecutive activity builds a streak. Longer streaks give you earning multipliers (up to 2x) and unlock milestone bonuses.

See: Streaks & Achievements

What about achievements?

Achievements are planned for a future release. Once available, they'll let you track progress across brands and unlock rewards for completing goals. Streaks are fully available now.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your streak resets to zero. But you can start building it again immediately — no penalty beyond losing the multiplier.

Accounts & Linking

Linking ensures all your RSNC earnings go to one unified balance, no matter where you earn them (Discord, website, social media). Without linking, earnings may stay in separate platform-specific wallets.

See: Link Your Accounts

Your balances are automatically merged. Any RSNC in your old platform-specific wallet is transferred to your main Resonance wallet. This happens once, automatically.

Yes. Use /link unlink provider:x in Discord or manage connections in your web settings. You can re-link anytime.

Perks & Spending

What are perks?

Perks are rewards you claim by spending RSNC — discounts, VIP access, exclusive content, merchandise, Discord roles, and more. Each perk has a price in RSNC and may have supply limits.

How do I claim a perk?

On the web: Browse perks at perks.rsnc.network, click a perk, and click "Claim". On Discord: Use /perks to browse, then /perk-buy id:<ID> to claim.

No fees are charged. See: Spending RSNC

Are there fees to claim perks?

No. All transactions are gasless — Resonance pays the blockchain fees on your behalf.

What happens after I claim a perk?

Your RSNC is deducted, and you receive the reward (coupon code, access link, Discord role, etc.). The perk is stored in your wallet as an NFT — you can view it in your profile under "My Perks".

Can I transfer RSNC to other users?

No. RSNC credits are non-transferable. They can only be earned through engagement and spent on perks within the Resonance network.

Alchemy

What is Tune In?

Tune In lets you burn RSNC to permanently boost your earning rate. Each level gives you +3% more RSNC per reward event, and milestone levels (every 10th) give +15%. These bonuses are permanent and apply to every reward across all brands. See: Alchemy Guide

Is burning RSNC worth it?

Yes. At Level 5 (about 2,000 RSNC burned), you earn +15% more on every reward. If you earn 750 RSNC per day, the +15% gives you ~112 extra RSNC daily. You'd recoup the 2,000 RSNC investment in about 18 days — then it's pure profit forever.

What is the Dissolver?

The Dissolver lets you turn claimed perks into Gear Parts. Select 2+ perks, pay a 100 RSNC fee, and receive a random Part (Standard, Rare, or Mythic). Unlocked at Tune In Level 20. See: Alchemy Guide

What are Gear Parts and Set Bonuses?

Gear Parts come in 6 slots (Head, Shoulders, Chest, Aura, Accessory, Trinket) and 3 rarities (Standard, Rare, Mythic). Complete a full 6/6 set of one rarity for a permanent bonus: Standard +5%, Rare +15%, Mythic +25% to both Generation and Charge. See: Alchemy Guide

What is Transmute?

Transmute lets you combine 10 Parts of one rarity into 1 Part of the next tier. Standard → Rare costs 500 RSNC. Rare → Mythic costs 1,000 RSNC. It's a guaranteed upgrade path instead of relying on dissolve luck. See: Alchemy Guide

What is Batch Dissolve?

Select 4+ perks and dissolve them all at once in pairs. Each pair gets its own independent roll. The fee is 100 RSNC per pair, charged upfront. It saves time when you have many perks to dissolve.

Technical

What is an NFT in this context?

When you claim a perk, it's recorded as a digital certificate (NFT) on the Soneium blockchain. This is just the underlying technology — you don't need to understand or interact with NFTs directly. Think of it as a digital receipt that proves you own the perk.

What blockchain does Resonance use?

Resonance runs on Soneium, a fast and low-cost blockchain. You never interact with it directly — all blockchain operations happen behind the scenes.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Resonance uses SOC 2 certified, GDPR compliant infrastructure with 256-bit encryption. Authentication is powered by Privy, an enterprise-grade identity provider.

Support

How do I get help?

Something isn't working in Discord

Try these steps:

  2. Check if you have the right permissions
  3. Check your cooldown (some commands have 24h cooldowns)
  4. Contact the server admin or email support@rsnc.network
