Getting Started as a User
This page helps you decide what to do first when you land at play.rsnc.network, and answers the most common early question: why is my dashboard (or Kitchen) empty? (Short answer: link your Discord — see below.)

One app, five tabs
Everything lives in a single app at play.rsnc.network. The old separate sites (perks, market, arena) now redirect here. The top nav (and the mobile bottom bar) has five tabs:

Arena (PvP) is reached from the Journey Hub — its own top-nav tab is turned off for now. Settings opens from the gear icon in the header, where you'll also find your RSNC and Avatar-Essence balance pills.
The Base dashboard ("Your Resonance")
The Base tab is your home screen — an app-like dashboard of live compartments that deep-link into the rest of the app:
- Producers — a live tile showing your producer plots; tap it to jump into the Kitchen.
- Cooking — a live tile showing your active cooks; tap it to open the Kitchen.
- Journey — shows your active-run team with a Start (or Continue) button that drops you back into your run.
- Militia — a compartment that only appears when your account is in its test group (it's in private testing). If you don't see it, that's expected.
- Raffle — a card for the weekly draw; use Buy tickets to enter (there's a per-user ticket cap).
Across the top you'll also see a Tune-In + Weekly-AS strip (your current Tune-In level and this week's Activity Score) and a "What's live" info button that opens a modal summarizing which features are currently available.
The Producers and Cooking compartments — and the whole Kitchen — need a linked Discord to load, because your Kitchen inventory is keyed on your Discord identity. If the dashboard shows "Link Discord to load your producers," open the gear icon → Settings and link your Discord account. See Link Your Accounts.
Your first five actions
- Sign in with email, Google, Discord, Twitter, or GitHub — your account and wallet are created automatically.
- Link your Discord in Settings — this unlocks the Kitchen and Arena and makes your dashboard compartments load.
- Open your Welcome Pack — your onboarding pack (2,000 RSNC + a starter producer + ingredients) is claimed from My Perks → Open Pack.
- Cook your first recipe in the Kitchen — plant a producer, harvest ingredients, and run a cook.
- Build an Avatar on the Roster — your first fighter for the Journey and Arena.
Resonance went through a major pivot in May 2026. The headline changes:
- Bounty Mode — most brands now distribute their RSNC weekly as a Monday-morning pool, weighted by your Activity Score. Resonance Official is the canary, flipping Mon 2026-05-18. See Bounty Mode.
- Tune-In is AS-fed — no more RSNC burn to level up. Your level rises with cumulative Activity Score. Every pre-pivot level is locked as a floor, and every historical tune burn was minted back. See Tune In.
- The Kitchen — Resonance's new meta-game. Producers, recipes, equipment, daily mailbox. See Kitchen Overview.
- Pay-or-Play Parity — 1 USDSC = 1,000 RSNC anywhere RSNC is spent. See Pay-or-Play Parity.
- Quest Packs (going live Mon 2026-05-25) — weekly perks that unlock more event categories for AS earning. See Quest Packs.
Resonance lets you earn RSNC credits by engaging with brands you love — on Discord, websites, and social media. Spend your RSNC on perks, Kitchen producers and equipment, and the Forge Season Avatar.

How It Works
Engage with brands → Earn RSNC → Tune In to earn more + unlock new events → Spend on perks
The loop has two reinforcing halves: earning pays for Tune-In, and Tune-In makes the next round of earning bigger and opens up new earning paths that didn't exist before.
Example (Bounty Mode brand)
- You join Resonance Official on Discord
- Say "gm" daily → emits AS toward your weekly bounty share + your Tune-In Hz
- Post quality messages → the bot scores them in the background; qualifying ones emit AS
- Open the Mailbox daily → free items (ingredients, equipment, occasionally producers)
- Cook a recipe → consume ingredients, produce a buff or equipment piece
- Monday 00:01 UTC → your weekly bounty share lands in your balance automatically
- Browse the perk marketplace and claim a "10% Off" discount with RSNC (or pay the USDSC equivalent — see Pay-or-Play)
What You'll Need
- An email address or a social account (Google, Discord, Twitter, GitHub)
- That's it. No wallet, no crypto, no fees.
Resonance creates a secure wallet for you behind the scenes. You never need to manage it.
Where to Earn
- Discord servers with the Resonance bot — daily check-ins, quality messages, reactions, voice time
- Brand websites with the Resonance SDK — signups, purchases, form submissions
- Social media — brand campaigns on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram

What You Can Earn
RSNC credits are loyalty points funded by brands. They're not crypto tokens or tradable assets — they're redeemable for real perks from brands you engage with.
Two payout models are running side by side during the pivot rollout:
- Bounty Mode brands (Resonance Official as of Mon 2026-05-18, others soon): per-event payouts are 0 RSNC; you earn AS, and your share of the brand's weekly bounty pool lands Monday morning. See Bounty Mode.
- Additive brands (legacy/pre-pivot): per-event RSNC payouts continue. Daily check-ins 10–40 RSNC, quality messages 5–30 RSNC, etc. — see Earning via Discord.
Both modes feed Tune-In Hz progress equally — AS is the engine either way.
