Spending RSNC on Perks

Perks are rewards you claim by paying for them — discounts, VIP access, exclusive experiences, digital goods, Kitchen items, and more. This is the canonical page for how you pay and how prices work; the app deep-links here from the Bazaar header and every perk page.

The decision: RSNC vs USDSC vs Card

Every claimable perk shows three pay buttons — RSNC · USDSC · Card. They buy the exact same item; the only question is which is cheapest or most convenient for you right now.

Pay withPriceDiscountPick it when
RSNCThe listed RSNC price, minus your Tune-In discountUp to 20% offYou have the RSNC and want the lowest price — RSNC is the only rail that is ever discounted.
USDSCceil(RSNC price ÷ 1000)flat parity, never discountedNoneYou're short on RSNC, or want to preserve your RSNC balance. Stablecoin, 1 USDSC = 1,000 RSNC.
CardSame flat parity as USDSC, paid via StripeNoneYou don't hold crypto — pay with an ordinary card.
You're never blocked for being short on RSNC

Running low on RSNC no longer stops a claim. The USDSC and Card buttons stay live even when your RSNC won't cover the price, and an info note points you to them.

How pricing works

  • Parity is fixed: 1 USDSC = 1,000 RSNC. The USDSC price of a perk is ceil(RSNC price ÷ 1000) — rounded up so you never owe a fraction. Card pricing matches USDSC at the same flat parity.
  • The Tune-In discount applies to RSNC only. It scales with your Tune-In milestone and is interpolated between milestones:
Tune-In levelRSNC discount
L10%
L52%
L105%
L208%
L5013%
L90 (Resonate)20% (capped)

So RSNC is the cheapest rail once your Tune-In is high; USDSC and Card stay at flat parity for everyone at every level. See Pay-or-Play Parity for the full model and Tune In for the discount curve.

Browsing Perks

On the Web

Open play.rsnc.network and go to the Bazaar → Shop tab to browse the full Perk Marketplace:

  • Filter by category — Fashion, Events, Art, Gaming, General, Exclusive, Digital, Physical, Experience
  • Sort by price, popularity, or personalized recommendations
  • View perk details — price, supply remaining, description, and brand

On Discord

Use the /perks command in any server with the Resonance bot:

/perks

Filter by category:

/perks category:Gaming

This shows up to 10 perks from that brand, with prices and availability.

Claiming a Perk

On the Web

  1. Browse perks in the Bazaar → Shop tab at play.rsnc.network
  2. Click a perk to open its details
  3. Choose a quantity — up to 100 per claim (capped by the per-user limit, remaining supply, and, for RSNC, your balance)
  4. Pick which wallet to mint to — your built-in Resonance wallet or a connected external one
  5. Tap RSNC, USDSC, or Card and confirm
  6. The claim is gasless — Resonance covers all on-chain fees — and the perk is delivered to the wallet you chose

See Minting for the delivery overlay and the external-wallet confirmation step.

On Discord

Use the /perk-buy command:

/perk-buy id:COLLECTION_ID

The collection ID is shown when you browse perks with /perks.

What Happens When You Claim

  1. RSNC is deducted from your balance
  2. A digital certificate (NFT) is minted to your wallet
  3. You receive the reward — a coupon code, access link, or other redemption data
  4. No fees — Resonance covers all transaction costs (gasless)

The perk is stored in your wallet as an NFT on Soneium. You can view your claimed perks in the My Perks tab at play.rsnc.network, or use the block explorer link shown with /balance.

The Forge, Dissolver and Transmute

Forging a new Avatar is now an instant Roster action paid in Avatar Essence — tap Forge Avatar on your Roster (no Kitchen cook, no timer). You can pay RSNC if you're out of Essence. The old Dissolver and Transmute are retired (see the Alchemy overview).

Seed Pack vs. Material Pack

Seed Packs roll bottom-of-chain inputs — the seeds you plant in producer sub-slots to grow ingredients. Start here when you're building out your Kitchen.

Material Packs roll refined crafting materials — a step up the chain, for feeding into higher-tier cooks (including the ingots and sparks that Ascension capstones consume). Reach for these when your producers can't keep up with what a recipe needs.

The old Forge Pack is retired. Holders of historical Forge Packs can still open them — they roll on the legacy forge-only pool.

Perk Constraints

Some perks have requirements beyond the RSNC price:

  • Discord level/role — You may need a specific Discord role or engagement level
  • NFT ownership — Some perks require owning a specific NFT
  • Supply limits — Perks may have limited availability

If you don't meet the requirements, the claim will show an error explaining what's needed.

Checking Your Balance

Before claiming, make sure you have enough RSNC:

Alchemy — Spend to Grow

Beyond perks, you can spend RSNC on permanent progression through the Alchemy system:
