Do my customers need any special accounts or setup?​

No! Resonance automatically creates a secure account for each customer behind the scenes. They never need to install anything or do any technical setup.

How do customers earn RSNC?​

You configure the rules in Settings → RSNC Distribution. For example:

  • Sign up → 100 RSNC
  • First purchase → 500 RSNC
  • Referral → 1,000 RSNC

How do customers redeem RSNC?​

They visit your perk marketplace (or your website with embedded perks) and "purchase" perks using their RSNC balance.
