Do my customers need any special accounts or setup?

Quick Answer: No! Resonance automatically creates secure accounts for customers behind the scenes. They never need to install anything or do any technical setup.

  • Customer performs an action (signs up, makes purchase, etc.)
  • Resonance automatically creates a secure wallet for them
  • RSNC credits are automatically distributed
  • Customer can redeem perks without any blockchain knowledge

How do customers earn RSNC?

Quick Answer: You configure the rules in Settings → RSNC Distribution. Customers automatically earn RSNC when they perform actions you've configured.

🎯 Perks & Redemptions

What is a perk?

Quick Answer: A perk is a redeemable reward that customers can claim using their RSNC credits. Examples include discounts, VIP access, free products, or special offers.

How do customers redeem RSNC?

Quick Answer: They visit your perk marketplace (or your website with embedded perks) and "purchase" perks using their RSNC balance. The transaction is gasless - customers don't pay any fees.

Redemption Flow:

  1. Customer browses perks
  2. Clicks "Claim Perk"
  3. Confirms redemption (no fees)
  4. RSNC deducted from balance
  5. Digital certificate created
  6. Customer receives confirmation

How do I create a perk?

Quick Answer: Go to Redeem (Dashboard → Redeem) → Create Perk in your Partner Portal. The Perk Creation Wizard will guide you through the steps.

What should I price my perks at?

Can I limit how many times a perk can be claimed?

How do I create an account?

  2. Enter your work email
  3. Verify with 6-digit code

What is the Security Key?

Quick Answer: A unique encrypted key used for metadata encryption and verifying your perks. It is auto-generated when you first save your profile (Profile → Brand section → Save Profile). You can copy it from the Security Key card on the Profile page and regenerate it if needed.

Important: Copy and store the key securely. If you regenerate it, previous encryptions may become invalid.

Where do I find my Security Key?

Quick Answer: Open Profile from the Dashboard. The Security Key card shows your key (it appears after you save your profile for the first time). Use the copy button to copy it; use Regenerate only if you need to create a new key.


Can I change my brand information?

Quick Answer: Yes! Go to Profile (from the Dashboard) and update any information in the Brand section. Click Save Profile. Changes take effect immediately.
