Creating and Setting Up Your Resonance Brand Account
Complete guide to creating your Resonance account and getting ready to launch your loyalty program.
Step 1: Visit the Resonance Partner Portal
Go to https://partners.rsnc.network/
You'll see the Resonance Partner Portal homepage.
Click "Create Account."
The Partner Portal is where brands manage their entire loyalty journey, from funding to analytics, all in one secure place. Built for compliance and enterprise security.
Step 2: Start Account Setup
You'll arrive on the setup screen titled "Set Up Your Brand Account."
Click "Continue with Privy."
Privy handles secure identity verification and automatically creates your secure account behind the scenes. No technical setup required. It's SOC 2 certified, GDPR compliant, and uses 256-bit encryption for enterprise-grade security.
Step 3: Enter Your Work Email
Enter your work email address and click Submit.
Only professional domains are accepted to keep your brand account verified and compliant.
Step 4: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for an email from Privy.io.
Enter the 6-digit confirmation code in the portal.
If you don't see it right away, click Resend code.
Step 5: Success!
You'll see a message:
Welcome to Resonance. You've successfully created an account.
Your secure account is now protected by Privy.
Your Dashboard (hub) becomes available.
Step 6: Complete Your Profile
Before you can deposit funds or distribute RSNC credits, complete your brand setup.
Open Profile from the Dashboard (or go to Profile in the hub).
Fill in the following in the Brand section:
- Brand Name (e.g., Your Brand)
- Contact Email (used for customer and partner notifications)
- Website URL
- Brand Description (a short statement about what your brand does)
- Brand Category (e.g., fashion, lifestyle, premium)
- Brand Logo (optional – upload or paste a URL)
Click Save Profile.
You'll see "Profile saved successfully." (On first save, your Security Key is auto-generated – see Step 7.)
Step 7: Your Security Key
On the same Profile page, find the Security Key card.
- If you just saved your profile for the first time: The Security Key was auto-generated when you clicked Save Profile. It appears in the Security Key card.
- Copy and store it securely. The key is used for encrypting sensitive data and verifying your perks. You can use Regenerate only if you need to create a new key (e.g., if the old one was compromised); regenerating may invalidate previous encryptions.
You do not need to click a separate "Generate Security Key" button – it is created automatically when you first save your profile.
Step 8: Review Your Account Details
Still on Profile, scroll to the Profile section (Identity and Balances).
Here you'll see:
- Your connected email and account type
- Account Address (your wallet address – use this as your Brand ID for integrations)
- Loyalty balances (RSNC, USD, and transactions)
- Your partner tier and connection status
This confirms your account is live and connected.
Step 9: Return to the Dashboard
Go back to the Dashboard.
Your account is fully activated and ready to fund.
You can now:
- ✅ Click Deposit Funds (or Reward → funding) to add your loyalty budget
- ✅ Open Reward to set up events and integrations (RSNC distribution)
- ✅ Open Redeem to create perks
- ✅ Open Stats to monitor RSNC activity and customer growth
At the bottom, you'll see the step-by-step workflow:
Deposit → Convert → Set Behaviors → Distribute → Redeem Anywhere
