Deposit Funds
This tutorial walks you through the entire process of depositing funds in your Resonance Brand Portal, from starting on your dashboard to seeing RSNC credits minted in your account.
Step 1: Open Your Dashboard
When you log in, you'll land on your Dashboard, which is your control center for all loyalty operations.
Here, you'll see your:
- Lifetime Budget (total USD allocated to loyalty)
- Unallocated RSNC Balance (credits available to assign)
- RSNC Activity (credits distributed or redeemed)
- Customer Growth (loyal users acquired)
To start funding your account, click "Deposit Funds" in the top-right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Open the Deposit Funds Window
A pop-up window appears titled Deposit Funds.
Here you'll select your preferred payment method.
You have two options:
USDC
Ideal for blockchain-based payments. Fast, low gas fees, and on-chain.
Stripe
Perfect for Web2 brands. Secure, card-based payments using Visa, Mastercard, or Cash App Pay.
Let's deposit USD via Stripe.
Step 3: Enter an Amount to Deposit
Below the payment methods, you'll see fields for your balance and the amount you wish to spend.
Enter your USD amount under "USD Amount to Spend."
You'll immediately see the conversion rate applied:
1 USD = 1,000 RSNC
Examples:
- $10 → 10,000 RSNC
- $10,000 → 10,000,000 RSNC
Continue to Checkout.
Step 4: Stripe Checkout
You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout for secure payment processing.
Here's what you'll see:
- The USD amount and equivalent RSNC to receive
- Options to pay via card or Cash App Pay
Let's Pay without Link.
Step 5: Enter Your Payment Details
Fill in your card information:
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVC Code
- Cardholder Name
- Billing ZIP Code
You can optionally save your information for faster checkout next time.
Then click Pay.
Step 6: Payment Processing
Once you click Pay, Stripe begins verifying your transaction.
A short confirmation screen appears:
Processing Payment... Please wait while we verify your payment details.
Step 7: Payment Successful
After successful processing, Resonance instantly mints your RSNC credits.
You'll see:
Payment Successful!
10,000,000 RSNC credits have been minted to your wallet.
Transaction Summary:
- Payment: $10,000
- RSNC Received: 10,000,000
- Rate: 1 USD = 1,000 RSNC
Click Go to Dashboard to return to your main view.
Step 8: Updated Dashboard
Back on your dashboard, your loyalty budget is now live.
You'll see:
- ✅ Lifetime Budget updated to match your deposit (e.g., $10,000)
- ✅ Unallocated RSNC Balance showing the minted RSNC credits
- ✅ RSNC Activity and Customer Growth ready to track future distribution and engagement metrics
