Getting Started

How do I get started with Resonance?

Follow these steps:

  1. Create Your Account — Set up your brand profile
  2. Deposit Funds — Add your loyalty budget
  3. Create Reward Events — Set up automatic rewards
  4. Create Perks — Design redeemable rewards

Time to complete: ~30 minutes

Do my customers need any special accounts or setup?

No. Resonance automatically creates secure accounts for customers behind the scenes. They never need to install anything, manage wallets, or do any technical setup.

How long does it take to set up?

About 30 minutes: account creation (5 min), profile setup (5 min), deposit funds (5 min), configure rewards (10 min), create first perk (5 min).


Pricing & Deposits

How much does Resonance cost?

1 USD = 1,000 RSNC credits. No monthly fees, no setup costs, no transaction fees. Pay only for the RSNC you distribute.

What's the minimum deposit?

$10 USD (10,000 RSNC credits).

Is there a maximum deposit?

No maximum. Deposits over $100,000 may require additional verification.

How long does it take for RSNC to appear?

  • Stripe payments: Instant (1-2 seconds)
  • Bank transfers: 1-3 business days

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days. Contact support@rsnc.network with your transaction ID.

Can I set up recurring deposits?

Yes. Contact support@rsnc.network to set up auto-top-up when your balance drops below a threshold.


Rewards & Events

How do customers earn RSNC?

You configure events in the Reward page. Customers automatically earn RSNC when they perform actions you've defined — signups, purchases, Discord activity, social engagement, etc.

Can I customize reward amounts?

Yes. You have full control over which actions earn RSNC, how much each action earns, and any restrictions (once per user, daily limits, cooldowns).

How do I track distribution?

Check Dashboard → Stats for metrics: total RSNC distributed, per-event breakdowns, active users, and redemption rates.

Perks & Redemptions

What is a perk?

A redeemable reward that customers claim using RSNC credits — discounts, VIP access, free products, experiences, or digital goods.

How do customers redeem perks?

They browse the perk marketplace (or your website with embedded perks) and claim perks using their RSNC balance. The transaction is gasless — customers pay no fees.

What should I price my perks at?

  • Low (100–500 RSNC) — Small rewards for frequent engagement
  • Mid (500–2,000 RSNC) — Meaningful rewards for regular customers
  • High (2,000+ RSNC) — Premium rewards for loyal customers

Can I limit perk claims?

Yes. Set Max Supply (total claims) and Max Per User (per-user limit) when creating a perk.


Account & Security

How do I create an account?

Visit partners.rsnc.network, click "Create Account", authenticate with Privy, verify your email, and complete your profile.

What is the Security Key?

An encrypted key auto-generated when you first save your profile. Used for HMAC authentication with the API and Discord bot. Copy and store it securely from Profile → Security Key.

Is my data secure?

Yes. SOC 2 certified, GDPR compliant, 256-bit encryption, powered by Privy enterprise authentication.


Technical

Do I need to know about blockchain?

No. Resonance handles all blockchain complexity behind the scenes. Customers never interact with wallets, gas fees, or smart contracts.

How do I integrate Resonance into my website?

Add the SDK script tag to your website. See the Integrations Guide for setup instructions, or check Developer Docs for technical details.


Troubleshooting

My payment failed

Common causes: insufficient funds, bank declined, expired card. Try again or contact your bank. If issues persist, email support@rsnc.network.

RSNC isn't being distributed

Check: (1) Events enabled in Reward page? (2) RSNC balance available? (3) Reward rules configured? (4) SDK or Discord bot connected?

Customers can't claim perks

Check: (1) Perk active (toggle ON)? (2) Max supply not reached? (3) Per-user limit not exceeded? (4) Customer has enough RSNC?

I can't log in

Check your email address, try "Resend code", check spam folder. Contact support@rsnc.network if issues persist.
