Track the performance of your loyalty program from the Partner Portal. Access analytics from Dashboard → Stats.

Your main Dashboard shows a real-time snapshot:

Stats Page

The Stats page provides deeper analytics with configurable time periods (7, 30, or 90 days):

Key Metrics

  • Total RSNC Distributed — How much you've given out
  • Total USD Invested — Your total deposits
  • Unique Customers — How many distinct users earned rewards
  • Revenue Generated — Value from perk claims
  • Customer Engagement Rate — Active users vs. total users
  • Average Revenue Per Customer — Revenue / unique customers
  • Capital Efficiency — Redemption rate as a percentage

Inventory Alerts

The system monitors your perk supply and warns you when:

  • A perk is running low on supply
  • A perk is trending toward selling out
  • Your RSNC balance is running low

Perk Lifecycle

Track how each perk performs over time:

  • Claim velocity (claims per day/week)
  • Supply remaining
  • Peak claim periods
  • Which perks drive the most engagement

Perk Claims Tracking

View detailed claim data for any perk:

  1. Go to Redeem and open a perk
  2. Click the Claims tab
  3. See: who claimed, when, transaction hash, and total claims

Transaction Events

All activity is logged as transaction events:

Tips

  • Check Capital Efficiency regularly — a high percentage means users are actively redeeming perks, which indicates strong engagement
  • Use inventory alerts to restock popular perks before they sell out
  • Compare metrics across time periods to spot trends
  • If distribution is high but redemption is low, consider adjusting perk prices or adding more appealing perks
