Program Wizard

The Program Wizard auto-generates a complete loyalty program — events, perks, and budget estimates — so you can launch in minutes instead of configuring everything manually.

Access it from Dashboard → Reward → Create Program.

Option 1: Discord Recipe

Pre-built templates designed for Discord-first communities. Each recipe includes a set of quests (events) optimized for a specific community type.

How to Use a Recipe

1. Go to Reward → Create Program
2. Select Discord Recipe
3. Browse available templates
4. Preview the included quests — each shows the event name, reward amount, max claims, and cooldown
5. Click Use Recipe to apply
6. The wizard creates all events and saves your configuration
7. Connect your Discord server using Discord Bot Setup

Each quest is fully editable after creation — adjust reward amounts, cooldowns, and limits in the Reward page.

Option 2: Industry-Based Program

Generate a custom program based on your industry, strategy preference, and traffic metrics.

Steps

1. Go to Reward → Create Program
2. Select Industry-Based
3. Choose your industry (e-commerce, SaaS, gaming, education, content/media, etc.)
4. Select a strategy:
   • Conservative — Lower rewards, longer sustainability
   • Balanced — Moderate rewards and engagement
   • Aggressive — Higher rewards, faster engagement growth
5. Enter your metrics:
   • Monthly website visitors
   • Average order value (if applicable)
6. Review the auto-generated program:
   • Suggested events with reward amounts
   • Suggested perks with pricing
   • Estimated monthly RSNC spend
7. Click Create Program to apply

The wizard creates all events and perks in one step. Edit any of them afterward in the Reward and Redeem pages.

Cost Estimator

The wizard includes a cost calculator that estimates your monthly RSNC spend based on:

• Number of configured events
• Reward amounts per event
• Expected claim frequency
• Your traffic/engagement metrics

Use this to align your deposit amount with your expected program costs.

After the Wizard

Once your program is created:

1. Deposit funds if you haven't already
2. Set up Discord to activate Discord events
3. Integrate your website to activate web events
4. Monitor performance in Analytics

All events and perks created by the wizard appear in your Reward and Redeem pages where you can edit, disable, or add to them at any time.
