Selling on the Market

Most of what you own — ingredients, materials, equipment, producers, snacks, Notes, Ascension consumables, and Avatars — can be listed for other players to buy, all from the Bazaar tab at play.rsnc.network. The decision this page helps you make: how to price — sit on the floor for a fast sale, or price up to demand and wait.

Glyphs aren't tradeable

Glyph currency is a per-account balance, not an item — you can't buy or sell it on the Bazaar. You earn it by cooking Glyph Transmute and spend it on Avatar specializations. See Glyphs.

The Sell flow

  1. Open My Listings and start a new Sell, or list an item straight from your inventory.
  2. Pick the item and, for a stack, the quantity.
  3. Set your per-unit price in whole RSNC.
  4. Confirm. The item is held for sale and appears on the Listings board for buyers.

Pricing rules

Prices are whole RSNC only (integers — no fractions), with a hard floor:

The price floor

The minimum is 10 RSNC per unit. For a stack, the minimum total is 10 RSNC × quantity — a lot of 8 can't be listed below 80 RSNC total.

Remember the buyer pays your listed price plus the 10% house fee, and you're credited your listed price. Price against the number you want to receive.

How to price: floor vs. demand

Price at the floor (10/unit)Price to demand
Sells fastest — cheapest on the boardSells slower — you wait for the right buyer
Good for clearing surplus ingredientsGood for scarce items (specific Avatars, high-tier gear)
Little upside per unitCaptures what the item is actually worth

Check the Listings board for what comparable items are going for before you set a number.

Fungible stacks vs. per-item pieces

  • Fungible items (ingredients, materials, Notes, snacks) list as a stack — one lot, one per-unit price, a quantity a buyer can purchase from.
  • Per-token pieces (equipment, producers, Avatars) list one at a time — each is its own individual listing with its own price.

Avatars are escrowed one at a time

Avatars sell individually, and each Avatar is held in escrow while listed. The first time you list an Avatar you'll approve a one-time approval; after that, listing Avatars is a single confirm each time. Only one Avatar goes into escrow per listing.

Managing listings

Everything you've listed lives in My Listings, where each has a lifecycle:

ActionWhat it does
Edit priceChange the per-unit price on a live listing without relisting
CancelPull the listing; a held item (or escrowed Avatar) returns to you
HistorySee your completed sales

You never "finalize" a sale — settlement is automatic and buyer-driven. When someone buys, you're credited immediately with no action on your side.

My Listings also keeps your trade history — what sold, when, and for how much — so you can tune your pricing over time.

tip

If an item isn't moving, edit the price down toward the floor rather than cancelling and starting over — the edit keeps the listing live and its place on the board.
